Meet Maren
I know first hand the pain and confusion that comes from experiencing not only betrayal trauma, but also my own emotional affair. Seven years ago, everything came into the light and my husband and I sought help to not only heal our marriage, but to heal ourselves. We worked with individual therapists, groups, and a couples therapist to repair what had been broken and create a relationship that was stronger than it ever was before.
Ever since this experience, I have sought different ways to support women during difficult life events including supporting them through childbirth as a labor Doula. During that time, I loved and valued the opportunity I had to witness women finding strength within themselves that they didn’t realize was there.
After the birth of my 3rd child, I returned to college in order to pursue a degree in Psychology from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with the intent of joining the MFT Master’s program afterwards. It is during this time that I became aware of the benefits of coaching and started coaching women’s support groups, and individuals who needed one on one support.
I promise you, there is hope in healing, no matter what the end result may be. You are strong enough and brave enough to make it through and I am here to help guide, listen, support, educate, and encourage your through your journey towards a healthier, happier, and more authentic you!
When I am not working, I am spending time with my husband and kids, hiking, having dance parties, or swimming, OR curled up with a book.
- I am Level 2 Certified in Parts and Memory Trauma Treatment.
